At Shree Jee, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we send. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging and condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or partially burned
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused due to improper use or storage
  1. How to Initiate a Return

    Please share your order number and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  2. Refund Process
    Once your return is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
  1. Exchange
    If you received a damaged product and prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.
  2. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, free of charge.
  • After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed or dispatched. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
