All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
– Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across India
– Express delivery (if available at checkout): 2–3 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
3. Shipping Charges
– Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
– Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout
4. Delivery Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners across 500+ cities in India. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Issues
– If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.
– Shree Jee is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Packaging
Every Shree Jee order is carefully packed to ensure your incense sticks and ceramic holder arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.
7. Currently, We Ship Within India Only
International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand soon — stay tuned.
